Ruhrkühlturm Sprühdüsen sind korrosionssichere, leicht zu installierende, universell verwendbare Sprühsysteme die durch auswechselbare Düseneinsätze die Wasserverteilung in Gegenstromkühltürmen optimieren und die Kühlturmleistung maximieren. Das Sprühen nach oben bewirkt einen zusätzlichen Wärmeaustausch durch die längere Verweilzeit der Tröpfchen in der Sprühzone, ermöglicht eine sehr gute Zugänglichkeit der Wasserverteilung für Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten und optimiert die Effizienz der Tropenabscheider. Die Sprühdüsen bestehen aus glasfaserverstärkten Polypropylen Düsenkörpern mit Prallplatten, Rohradaptern mit Dichtringen für unterschiedliche Rohrdurchmesser und verschiedenen Düseneinsätzen zur Anpassung an die notwendige Durchflussmenge. HotCoil minitubular heaters with clamp band are a highly demanded and very flexible clamping system, especially for heating larger nozzles and bushings with high power. The size-variable customizable clamp bands counteract the heating's thermal-related "lifting ambition" during heat-up and thus effectively prevent a possible critical overheating. For an even better protection all HotCoil heating elements can also be provided with an integrated thermocouple. As alternative to our standard clamping mechanism with welded clamping elements a space-saving lug clamping mechanism can be supplied.
